Who comes through our doors
What we treat (and what we see daily)
One physio, start to finish (no passing the baton)
At our clinic, treatment is tailored to your goals and delivered by the same physiotherapist wherever possible, from your first assessment through to the final stage of rehabilitation.
That means you are not repeating your history at every visit. Your program is adjusted by someone who has watched how you responded to the last session, so recovery progresses without losing ground.

How we actually get you better
Most injuries involve more than the symptoms you feel today. We look at what is painful now, what may be contributing, and what needs to change.
- Step 1: Understand the problem. Your first appointment starts with a detailed discussion about your symptoms, your history and what you want to get back to.
- Step 2: Settle pain and improve movement. Early treatment focuses on reducing discomfort and helping you move more freely through hands-on physiotherapy, guided exercise and practical advice.
- Step 3: Address the cause. As symptoms settle, we assess the movement, strength and mobility issues that may be contributing, so treatment focuses on long-term recovery rather than short-term relief.
- Step 4: Build strength and resilience. Your rehabilitation plan is shaped around your goals, focused on strength, movement and control. Where appropriate, Clinical Pilates can form part of this stage.
Pilates and gear that actually helps
Clinical Pilates supports the later stages of rehabilitation, helping you build strength, improve movement and return to activity with more confidence. Speak with your physiotherapist about whether it suits your stage of recovery.
Our clinic also supplies braces and supports, pain relief products, and footwear support options including Dr. Comfort shoes.
